SANITIZER 5000
The traditional mop & bucket cleaning method is not nearly as effective at eliminating bacteria as was once thought. The "Sanitizer 5000" is a chest-high bright yellow vacuum on wheels, much more efficient than the traditional methods which simply rearrange the filth. The Sanitizer wields a 21-gallon fresh-water tank and 19-gallon recovery tank, along with a 500 psi low pressure power washer. The "Sanitizer 5000" serves as an indoor pressure washer, combining chemical injection and wet vacuum technologies. Technicians use the machine's high-pressure water gun to deep clean nooks, corners, floors, grout lines, urinals and under toilet rims. The wet vacuum sucks up dirty water and rids vents, floors, walls and partitions of dust and other hazardous organic matter.

Kingsbury Clean utilizes the ATP Hygiene Monitor. Adenosine Triphosphate, or ATP, is the universal energy molecule found in all animal, plant, bacterial, yeast and mold cells. Whether in an office/residential building, restaurant, school, food-processing facility or hospital, ATP testing makes it possible to measure the cleanliness of surfaces in just seconds by detecting the level of microbial contamination. When ATP comes into contact with the unique liquid stable luciferase/luciferin reagent in the Ultra-snap testing swab, light is emitted in direct proportion to the amount of ATP present. So, the higher the reading, the more contamination present. ATP hygiene monitoring provides accurate and traceable verification of bacteria counts for our conscientious crews to check their work.
